Highstar is Tarion Builder providing full-service project management and customer service for medium density and high-rise condominiums and purpose-built apartments in the Greater Toronto market.
Highstar provides clients with services from project conception through construction to occupancy and customer service. Every Highstar project provides the client with the complete integration of the design through the production process resulting in a building, which exceeds the client's expectations.

Highstar has established a full-service Project Management Team with experienced Project Managers, Coordinators and Accounting personnel to meet our client’s needs. Site Construction Team
The Highstar has assembled a Construction Team of the best qualified Site Supervisors, Site Administration and Customer Service Managers in the business to deliver on the Highstar’s commitment to excellence and build on our solid reputation for quality and bottom-line results.
Safety
With our extensive experience in the field, Highstar understands that the construction business involves highly demanding, physivally tough, and often potentially hazardous situations. “Safety” is not simply a standard requirement of our practices... at Highstar, it is vital component of how we define ourselves and our fundamental principal that guides the way we conduct our business. We believe that each of us at Highstar, regardless of the work we do, plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment. As a pillar of our business practice, safety not only ensures the health and security of our employees, it provideas our clients with peace of mind and the economic benefits of work environments that are not disrupted or compromised by safety issues.
Highstar's comprehensive Health and Safety Program is implemented company-wide and has been developed to foster a sense of safety among our staff and workers. Our employees are obliged to attend regular Health and Safety meetings and must ensure that all required certifications are current and maintained.
Each site has a dedicated Safety Committee that maintains ongoing oversight over any potential workplace hazards. The Committee identifies all employee safety-training needs, makes appropriate recommendations, and continually looks for solutions and innovation that will improve the safety of the work environment.
Formal orientation sessions are held on a biweekly basis on each site for new personnel that provide them with the details of Highstar's Health and Safety Program and our expectations for every worker.
