Built on Toronto’s waterfront with three levels of underground parking, this twin tower 517-suite project was a joint venture with Kolter Properties. The green glass and the unique sail-like rooftop structures give the two buildings a unified, modern, nautical look that is best viewed from Toronto’s inner harbour.

Harbour Square, Toronto’s waterfront playground, is directly across the road while both the Skydome and the Air Canada Centre are within walking distance.
