Rudy Trevisan, President

Mr. Trevisan, Highstar’s Team Leader, brings his extensive experience to bear on all aspects of every project.  With thirty five years of condominium construction experience, Mr. Trevisan assists our clients in achieving the highest standards in product design and construction with a results-oriented focus that delivers the product on time and on budget. Mr. Trevisan’s reputation in the industry has enabled him to assemble a team with broad technical and field expertise in both construction and project management. Highstar’s extensive experience, integrated understanding of the industry and high standards provide the employees the confidence to complete their tasks with a focus on excellence, knowing that they have the support and expertise from senior management.

Kerry Judges, Vice President, Development & Operations

Mr. Judges entered the Toronto condominium industry in 1985 as Assistant Project Manager on Tridel’s Polo Club projects on Bay St. Following his tenure with Tridel, in 1989 he established a Development Consulting firm to provide services to a residential land developer and builder where he was a partner. The company specialized in the planning, development and build-out of complete communities. In 2011, Mr. Judges brought his twenty five years of experience to Highstar and has been responsible for Project Development, Construction Operations and Client Relationships.

Umberto Pupo, Director of Construction

Mr. Umberto Pupo started his career with Rudy Trevisan in 1996 at the site management level as a site clerk. He quickly moved through all site positions including Customer Service Representative, Assistant Superintendent and Finishing Superintendent until he became Project Superintendent in 2002.

After 10 years, and multiple Residential High-rise and Stacked townhome projects, he took his skills and transitioned from Project Superintendent to Project Manager. This is where he utilized his site experience and merged it with Highstar’s corporate office systems, where he is now the Director of Construction responsible for all day to day construction management activity, including staff and operations.

Adam Fruci, Project Manager

Mr. Adam Fruci began his career in 2009 as a site clerk, quickly absorbing the everyday operations of construction on a residential high-rise project.  He transitioned into Assistant Superintendent, and eventually Finishing Superintendent.

In 2012 with his ability to multitask and organizational skills Adam was recognized and offered to move into Highstar’s corporate office as a Project Coordinator.  He assisted in creating new systems in advancing Higstar’s office management portfolio and has moved into a Project Manager role and over see’s various projects from concept to completion.

The Highstar has assembled a Construction Team of the best qualified Site Supervisors, Site Administration, Health and Safety Managers, and Customer Service Managers in the business in order to deliver on Highstar’s commitment to excellence and build on our solid reputation for quality and bottom-line results.
